• Client-controlled environments: when we deploy solutions on your infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, or self-hosted), you control the environment, storage, networking, user access, and operational data within that deployment.
• Website and business communications: if you contact us, book a consultation, submit a form, or use our support chat, we process the information you send directly to us.

Information We Collect

• Contact and account data: name, email address, company, role, phone number, communication preferences, and any information you submit when contacting us or engaging our services.
• Project and usage data: business requirements, workflow metadata, integration details, prompts, configuration settings, log files, browser/device details, IP address, and performance telemetry necessary to deliver and improve our services.
• Support and inquiry data: messages, consultation requests, enterprise requirements, project scoping details, and follow-up history.
• Payment-related data: when you purchase services or subscriptions, payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We do not intentionally store full card details on this website.

Client-Controlled Deployments

When we deploy AI solutions on your own infrastructure, the storage, backups, access controls, logs, databases, and content within that environment are governed by your hosting policies and operational decisions. TablixAI only receives information from that environment if you choose to contact us, request support, or use separately hosted services.

AI Processing and Third-Party Models

• Our services may integrate with third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others. Data sent to these providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.
• We configure AI systems with security guardrails, access controls, and data handling practices appropriate to each engagement.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share data processed through AI automations we build for you.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information under our control. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and improve our protections over time. We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, manage business relationships, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
