Using TablixAI

• You must provide accurate information when contacting us, booking consultations, or engaging our services.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, project workspace, and credentials.
• You must use the Services lawfully and must not misuse, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website, our systems, or any other user's access.

Managed Services and Client Deployments

TablixAI delivers AI solutions in different ways:

If you choose client-controlled deployment, you are responsible for your own infrastructure, security, and compliance within that environment.

• Managed services: hosted AI agents, automations, and ongoing support managed by TablixAI under agreed service terms.
• Project-based delivery: custom AI development, MCP servers, n8n nodes, and integrations delivered to your specifications.
• Client deployments: solutions installed on your own infrastructure where you control networking, secrets, backups, user access, legal compliance, and data governance.

AI Agents, Automations, and Output Responsibility

TablixAI enables AI agents, workflow automations, MCP integrations, n8n connectors, and intelligent business software. You are responsible for how you configure these capabilities, what data you provide, what permissions you grant, and how you review outputs before relying on them in business, legal, financial, operational, or customer-facing contexts.

• You must have the rights and permissions necessary for the data and systems you connect.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs, automations, and actions before high-impact use.
• You must not use TablixAI services to violate law, infringe rights, abuse third-party systems, or deploy harmful automation.

Pricing, Subscriptions, and Payments

• Service pricing is described on our website and in individual statements of work or agreements.
• Monthly and yearly subscription plans include the support terms described at the time of purchase.
• Custom project engagements are governed by separate proposals or contracts.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise in a written agreement, payments and fees are non-refundable once processed.

Intellectual Property

• TablixAI and its branding, website materials, methodologies, documentation templates, and proprietary tooling remain the property of TablixAI and its licensors.
• Deliverables, custom code, and configurations built specifically for you are governed by the intellectual property terms in your service agreement or statement of work.
• You retain ownership of your own data and business content to the extent permitted by law and applicable agreements.

Confidentiality

We treat client business information, project requirements, and proprietary data as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed otherwise in writing. We expect clients to similarly protect any confidential TablixAI materials shared during engagements.

Availability and Changes

TablixAI continuously improves its services, integrations, and website. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature continuity, or compatibility with every environment, integration, or deployment scenario.

Warranties and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for validating outputs before use in critical business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TABLIXAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated, if continued access creates legal or security risk, or if required by law. Ongoing project or subscription terms may include additional termination provisions.
